Alter Quarter Horses was established by Clay Alter over 20 years ago and offered part time training, horse sales, show coaching, and open show judging.

Today with trainer Shawn Alter, we offer full time training, brokerage, consignment, website horse sales, and show coaching for the Youth, Amateur, and Open show riders and opportunities to lease a horse and get lessons.

Clay is now a carded breed show judge along with open and 4-H shows.
